EXPATRIATES & INTERNATIONALS
Relocation. Arrival.
Present — with head and hearts.

A relocation changes more than just the place of work — it changes the lives of both partners and all family members.
The roles, the routines, the shared dreams.
Whether an assignment succeeds is rarely only measurable in professional terms. Early terminations almost never come down to the professional brief — and almost always to what is no longer working in the relationship.
I support expat couples, international families and individuals — before, during and after relocations.
I have lived in six countries myself — in Europe, Asia and Latin America — and navigated more than twenty moves. I know the feeling of arriving somewhere new. Of being a stranger. And the desire for orientation.
Accompanying people in unfamiliar surroundings has been a thread throughout my life — from leading an international student mentoring programme during my studies, to supporting relocation processes for senior executives in large corporations, to working with international couples in Germany.
I am at your side — so that your relocation becomes an experience that holds.

Relocations are rarely equal for both partners. One arrives with a clear professional brief. The other rebuilds a life from scratch — often without a network, without familiar structures, sometimes without a clear role.
Large organisations invest in the person they relocate. The accompanying partner often receives a language course — and little else.
I support both.
